Customer Service Representative

Central States Agency is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team. This position will support Agents with new and existing clients by collecting information, processing, and quoting, as well as assisting with customer account reviews and customer communications. 

Some job responsibilities include providing outstanding service on claims, billing inquiries, certificates, audits, and endorsements; processing new business, renewals, and incoming email, phone, and mail requests; and working with agents to submit change requests and handle other duties as assigned. This position provides direct support for the Commercial Lines Agents.  

This full-time position can work in either our Buffalo Center or Bancroft, Iowa, location.
