Meet the Central States Agency Team
Steve is an owner of Central States Agency, LLC. He is licensed in all lines of insurance specializing in crop, farm and commercial insurance. In addition, Steve is also a real estate salesperson.
John has sold insurance and real estate since 1985. John is licensed to sell all lines of insurance and holds a Real Estate Brokers license. He is also a Certified General and Real Property Appraiser with 18 years of experience in farm, home and commercial appraisals.
Don’s tenure dates to 1991 when he started as a sales associate. He is licensed in both personal and commercial lines of insurance as well as real estate, and specializes in farm coverage, Federal Crop Insurance and real estate sales.
Deb has been with our company since June of 1986 as a customer service representative. She is currently licensed in personal lines and commercial lines, works with our truck insurance department and performs the duties of Office Manager.
Mandee is an agent in our Buffalo Center office and services Homeowners insurance, Auto insurance, Medical insurance and Medicare Supplement insurance.
Janelle is a Customer Service Representative in our Buffalo Center office. She is a licensed crop insurance agent and assists with billing inquiries and crop insurance.
Sharla is a Customer Service Representative in our Buffalo Center Office. She assists customers with billing questions and works with our Crop Insurance department.
Tressa is a Customer Service Representative in our Buffalo Center Office. She assists customers with billing questions and works with our Marketing department.
Sarah is a bookeeper in our Buffalo Center Office. She also assists in policy processing and billing.
Dale is an agent in our Bancroft Office. He started with us in 2010 and services farm and crop insurance. Dale brings with him eight years of insurance sales experience.
Linda is an agent in our Bancroft Office and services Homeowners insurance, Auto insurance, Medical insurance and Medicare Supplement insurance.
Lindsey is an agent in our Bancroft Office and services Homeowners insurance and Auto insurance.
Jennifer has worked with Central States Agency since 2006. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate sales person. She handles and closes real estate transactions for our offices.
