Bob Hassebroek

Having lived in Buffalo Center all his life, Bob started in the insurance industry in 1971 and obtained his real estate license in 1975. After working for John Lande Insurance for five years, he bought the agency from John in 1980 and it became Hassebroek Agency, Inc. Bob continues to be an owner of the new company of Central States Agency, LLC.
Specializing in commercial and truckers insurance, Bob is licensed in all lines of insurance and has held a Real Estate Brokers license since 1977.

Steve is an owner of Central States Agency, LLC and brings 11 years of experience in the agricultural lending and crop insurance industry with him. In addition, Steve is also a real estate salesperson and works with the appraisal division.
John Cowin

John has sold insurance and real estate for the past 18 years. John is licensed to sell all lines of insurance and holds a Real Estate Brokers license. He is also a Certified General and Real Property Appraiser with 18 years of experience in farm, home and commercial appraisals.

Don’s tenure dates to 1991 when he started as a sales associate. He is licensed in both personal and commercial lines of insurance as well as real estate, and specializes in farm coverage, Federal Crop Insurance and real estate sales.

Deb has worked for our company since in June of 1986 as a customer service representative and office manager. In addition to being licensed in personal lines of insurance, she does most of the auto underwriting, bookkeeping and customer service work.

Roxanne started with CSA in 2006 in the Ledyard office as a Customer Service Representative. She is available to answer your calls and to assist you with billing inquiries.
